All highlights are multi-dimensional. Framesi is my color of choice. It is a European hair color and hairstyling line. Framesi emphasizes the conditioning qualities of cream-based color and a low ammonia content to protect the natural shine and feel of the hair. |
My hours are 8:00 - 6:30 Monday - Friday, and every other Saturday, 8:00-2:00.
